Refund policy
We kindly ask that you try on and inspect your items as soon as they are received. We do not accept returns past the 2 week mark or damaged item claims past 1 week from receiving the items. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY:
1. Pack and secure your items and please place invoice and a note inside explaining the reason for the return and contact information.
2. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice (the cost of the return is your responsibility).
3. Ship the items(s) off to 5853 S Carson St. Carson City, NV 89701, and you’re all set.
RETURNS BY MAIL:
Simply return the item(s) back to us. Once we have received your returned package the item(s) that are eligible for a refund will be credited back to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES IN-PERSON:

*Items eligible for return or exchange must be new, unworn, odor-less, contain no stains, and unwashed. Items must be returned or exchanged in the original packaging, and all item(s) tags must be attached. Eligible returns or exchanges will be issued a refund for its purchase price only; selected promotional sales and all associated shipping costs are non-refundable. All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. FINAL SALE on all bodysuits, swimwear, bralettes, lingerie, and earrings. All exchange options are not available for international customers.
